Payment Policy

  • No cash payments are accepted on-site.
  • All payments must be made online via Linx or via the provided EndCash payment link.
  • New clients are required to make a non-refundable 50% deposit, which will be applied to the service cost.

Consultation Requirement

  • A mandatory consultation is required for all new clients before receiving services.

Appointment Timing

  • Clients must arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

Salon Etiquette

  • Please use earbuds and keep your personal phone calls private while inside the salon.
  • When seated under the dryer, please use earbuds when consuming video/audio content on your phone.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $100.00 of the service cost.
  • Appointments cancelled/rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Client Inactivity

  • Clients who have not visited the salon for more than two months will be subject to an additional fee.
